Killswitch Engage Guitarist To Sit Out Some Shows

I’m bummed to learn that a right, good dude — Killswitch Engage guitarist Joel Stroetzel — has to sit out some of the band’s upcoming shows.

The reason I am bummed is he has some sort of a family emergency. I just hope he’s doing OK, and it’s nothing too serious.

Says the group states:

“We will be performing some songs as a four-piece and some songs with the talented and entertaining Ken Susi from Unearth. Our thoughts and love go out to Joel and his family.

“Joel wanted us to carry on and not cancel any shows, so here we go! Big thanks to Ken Susi for learning songs in a day!”

This weekend, Susi performed with the band when it played Providence.
